The authority for each League operation rests with the Board of Directors, whose members meet together to make decisions. Board members may have specific duties, but each also shares in the responsibility of the entire board for the League’s operation.

The LWVCYC board has five elected officers:  President, Vice-President Program, Vice-President MembershipSecretary, and Treasurer.
The League Bylaws prescribe the terms of office for all elected officers and all board members.
